Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management in a client-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to executives.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; proficient in Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the Commercial Solutions Client Service business.
• Collaborate with partners across the affluent segment and other lines of business to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better ways of working.
• Direct project activities, monitor progress, and set priorities for timely delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership audiences.
• Participate in meetings, provide status updates, escalate to keep initiatives on track.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and prompt resolution.
