You will collaborate with key partners across the affluent segment and other lines of business, applying strong communication and project management skills to deliver results and enhance the client experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field — or 3 years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of executive management.
• Proven problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to craft compelling presentations for executive audiences; strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Prior experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Experience with analytics or automation tools — such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or large language model (LLM) platforms — to support project and review outcomes.
• Maintain minimal direct business analytics scope, while being able to produce basic project metrics/insights as needed and/or effectively partner with the business analytics team to deliver data-driven references for decision-making and status reporting.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
