Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years IT project management or digital delivery experience.
• 3–5 years managing large-scale enterprise or government projects.
• Proven track record delivering from initiation to implementation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience delivering projects using Power Platform.
• Understanding of SDLC and multiple methodologies.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives for Our Client. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, data-driven solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and government agencies to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with business objectives, and realization of transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management across multiple stakeholders.
• Engage business users, senior management, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and status reviews.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.
• Manage change requests and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation project delivery.
• At least 3-5 years managing large-scale enterprise or government-sector projects.
• Proven track record of delivering technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Power Platform.
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions and modern application platforms.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills.
