Job summary

CMC-APAC Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, data-driven solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with government agencies and vendors.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years IT project management or digital delivery experience.
• 3–5 years managing large-scale enterprise or government projects.
• Proven track record delivering from initiation to implementation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience delivering projects using Power Platform.
• Understanding of SDLC and multiple methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee updates, and status reviews.
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery milestones.
• Manage change requests and stakeholder buy-in.
• Support identification and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
