Job summary

Tidal Solutions Inc. is seeking a capable IT project manager in Metro Manila (Makati) to lead complex AI-enabled initiatives from initiation to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.

You will gather requirements, convert them into plans and timelines, align stakeholders across executives, clients and cross-functional teams, and actively manage risks in a distributed delivery environment. Experience with AI projects, strong negotiation and leadership, and proficiency with PM

Qualifications

• BS Degree in IT, CS, Business or related field
• 2+ years experience managing IT projects
• Proven end-to-end delivery from requirements to closeout
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on AI project experience (ML deployment, AI tool integration, data pipelines)
• Familiar with PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid)
• Budget and resource management experience
• Proficient in PM tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• At least 2 years experience managing IT-related projects

• Hands-on experience with AI-related projects (ML deployment, AI tool integration, data pipelines(
• Working knowledge of PM methodologies - Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid
• Budget and resource management experience
• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent communciation, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/Agile certification
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle or MLOps toolig
• Background in software development (SDLC exposure)
• Experience in leading distributed or remote teams
