ACCIONA Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior financial professional with a strong track record in project financial operations within the construction sector.

The role focuses on cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting to support major infrastructure projects in the Philippines. Qualifications include a degree in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years of experience, and ideally an MBA or CPA.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial experience and management experience with project financial operations, ideally within the Water / Industrial Industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-cultural communication and stakeholder interaction at all levels.
• Strong basis in construction accounting and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Monitor cash balances and requirements.
• Prepare and present cash flow forecast.
• Lead budgeting including developing financial targets.
• Manage planning, define deliverables, timing and processes.
• Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results.
• Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating performance.
• Define clear project scope, estimate tasks, and plan inter-dependencies to meet objectives.
• Supervise invoicing processes to generate daily and weekly cash flow reports for headquarters.
