Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting and/or Finance; MBA/CPA desirable.
• 10+ years of financial experience with project finance operations.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
• Strong problem solving and sound judgment based on analyses.
• Strong basis in construction accounting and SAP knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash balances and requirements.
• Prepare and present cash flow forecast.
• Lead budgeting and defining financial targets.
• Manage planning, deliverables, timing, and processes.
• Develop forecasting models to predict operating results.
• Implement forecasting tools to improve planning results.
• Coordinate internal reporting and management analysis.
• Define project scope, estimate tasks with inter-dependencies.
• Manage resources to meet the project plan.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Work with partners, vendors, technology and the project team.
• Supervise invoicing reception and approval for daily/weekly cash flows.
