Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional experience.
• MBA or CPA highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of financial operations and project finance experience.
• Ability to communicate across cultures and interact at all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Monitor cash balances and forecast cash flow.
• Develop and implement financial forecasting models.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal reporting and management analysis.
• Supervise invoice reception and daily cash flow reporting.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
