Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a seasoned Commercial & Contracts Manager for a major infrastructure project in the Philippines. The role leads the commercial and contractual management from award through final close-out, safeguarding the company’s interests and overseeing procurement, claims, variations and risk.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main commercial and contractual interface with clients and external stakeholders.
• Lead commercial meetings, negotiations and contract reviews.
• Provide commercial and contractual guidance to the Project Director and team.
• Manage the contract in line with FIDIC conditions and contractual notices.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project.
• Lead management of claims, variations, extensions of time and entitlements.
• Develop and implement commercial and contractual management procedures.
• Oversee subcontract procurement, administration and negotiations for best value.
• Prepare and present commercial reports on claims, changes and contract status.
• Lead and supervise the commercial, contracts and procurement teams.
