Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a senior finance leader in the Philippines to monitor cash balances, forecast cash flow, and lead budgeting for complex projects. The role involves planning, reporting, and close collaboration with site staff, partners, and HQ to ensure accurate financial controls.

You will develop forecasting models, implement planning tools, and manage resources to meet project objectives. CPA/MBA and 10+ years in financial operations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Proven interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Knowledge of construction/industrial accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash balances and requirements.
• Prepare and present cash flow forecast.
• Lead budgeting including developing financial targets.
• Manage planning, define deliverables, timing and processes.
• Develop and implement financial forecasting models.
• Implement forecasting tools to improve planning results.
• Coordinate internal reporting and management analysis of financial performance.
• Define project scope, estimate tasks and dependencies to meet objectives.
• Manage resources to adhere to project plan.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, technology, and project team.
• Supervise invoice reception and approval for daily cash flow reports.
