Job summary

Prime Infra in the Philippines seeks a Project Engineer to provide administrative, technical, and coordination support for engineering and project execution.

The role acts as the central communication point among engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, and construction to ensure deliverables meet standards, are on schedule, and well-documented.

You will track deliverables, coordinate meetings, monitor progress, and assist teams through all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or project administration.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, utilities, or industrial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering project lifecycle and project execution processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of project reports.
• Support project managers and lead engineers in day-to-day activities.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
