Job summary

Oro China Jewelry in Cebu City seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead construction, renovation, and store development efforts. You will manage plans, permits, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, ensuring quality and compliance across projects.

The role requires site visits and travel, with hands-on coordination of contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, store development, or related work.
• Experience in site supervision and contractor/supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of building plans, technical documentation, and LGU permitting processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong project monitoring, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel as required.
• Experience in retail, commercial, or fit-out projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction, renovation, and store development projects from planning to completion.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical documents, project reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of building plans, permits, and LGU requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and site activities.
• Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to minimize delays.
• Prepare regular project updates, progress reports, and documentation for management.
• Ensure project requirements and specifications are properly communicated and implemented.
• Maintain organized records of project documents, permits, plans, and site reports.
