Job summary

Daiichi Properties is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead in-house designs, feasibility studies, and project plans. You will conduct research, prepare conceptual designs, 3D visualizations, and working drawings while coordinating activities among the project team and external suppliers across the group.

The role includes site visits, progress reporting, and ensuring design compliance and quality execution from design to post-construction within the Daiichi Properties Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (required).
• Professional Architect License (passed Architect Licensure Examination).
• 4–5 years of experience in design and site work.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of in-house designs, feasibility studies, and the implementation of project plans. In particular, it includes, but is not limited to conducting research, preparing conceptual design, 3D visualizations, and working drawings, conducting site visits, coordinating activities among the project team and with external suppliers, consolidating activity updates, and communicating progress reports to the project team and management. This scope of work extends across the entire Daiichi Properties Group of Companies and its current and future affiliated entities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture program.
• Must possess a Professional Architect License (passed the Architect Licensure Examination).
• With4to5yearsofexperienceindesignandsitework.
• Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Must possess strong management skills, result-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research and prepare feasibility studies, 3D visualizations, conceptual designs, and construction drawings.
• Handle the documentation process from design to post-construction.
• Coordinate the implementation of project activities and assist in inspecting materials and contractor workmanship to ensure design compliance and quality execution.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with the project schedule.
• Perform quality inspections, punch listing, and other duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
