Job summary

The VITO Group is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support cost control across EPC and engineering projects in the Philippines. You will review supplier invoices against POs, manage payments, and prepare client and related-party invoices with full supporting documentation.

Additionally, you will record site reimbursements, handle prepayments and accruals, and analyze project cost reports while performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting tax compliance with

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project accounting. Experience in construction, EPC, or engineering industries is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or ACCPAC) and MS Office 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Review supplier invoices against POs, prepare timely payments with reconciliation statements, and issue client/related-party invoices with required supporting documents.
Record site reimbursements, manage prepayments/accruals, and analyze project cost reports.
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, support tax compliance with consultants, and assist in FS preparation and audit requirements.
Conduct bi-monthly inventory counts and maintain assigned physical/digital financial records.
