Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Medical Representative.
• At least 1 year experience as District Sales Manager (DSM).
• At least 1 year experience as Associate Product Manager in a pharmaceutical (ethical) company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing Plan, including forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
• Achieve sales targets within approved promotional expense budgets.
• Design and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of all planned activities.
• Manage inventory levels in coordination with Business Unit Head and Purchasing.
• Conduct product training and assess development needs of Medical Representatives.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitors and industry trends.
• Monitor product performance and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Prepare reports on product movement and campaign outcomes.
