Job summary

Quinstelle Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Production Head to oversee manufacturing operations and PPC, ensuring efficient production, optimal resource allocation, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

You will supervise and train production and PPC teams for continuous improvement, develop master production schedules, drive process improvements, manage inventory and workflow, and ensure safety and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in production management and PPC, preferably in garment manufacturing.
• Strong planning, process optimization, and workforce management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans and implement master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand.
• Supervise and train production and PPC teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Manage inventory levels, material planning, and workflow coordination.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company production standards and guidelines.
