Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven background in production planning and process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage production activities to fulfill Master Production Schedule and meet sales demand on time.
• Direct the production department ensuring methods and procedures meet company standards.
• Maximize resources by securing adequate workload for the production line.
• Oversee performance of the Production Department ensuring methods and procedures meet guidelines.
• Ensure smooth production operations and product quality.
• Ensure availability of materials needed for production.
