Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related 4-year field (BSIE/BSIT/CS) required.
• At least 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or materials planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of MPS, capacity planning, and production control processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain MPS master data for accuracy.
• Plan and optimize daily production loading to match capacity.
• Review and synchronize weekly rolling production loading plans with IE and Operations.
• Drive on-time delivery by aligning schedules with needs.
• Coordinate with Material Planners and Buyers for timely kit completion.
• Monitor daily production performance and implement recovery plans.
• Resolve capacity constraints by expediting resources for surges.
• Communicate plans, risks, and performance across levels.
• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
