Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in the Philippines to optimize capacity, layout, and productivity across SMT and Warehouse operations. The role emphasizes line setup, standard time development, and cross-functional collaboration under the Manager, Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of IE principles, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
Experience leading cross-functional projects across production, facilities, warehousing, and CI.

Responsibilities

Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support production demand.
Develop and validate standard times for capacity assessments.
Drive layout optimization and space planning for new and existing lines.
Perform line balancing analysis and identify losses to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Purchasing, Production, and CI teams.
