You will analyze forecasts with internal stakeholders, prepare production plans, execute work order reservations, monitor plans daily, and lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives to improve KPI performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing planning role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning and forecasting processes.
• Ability to use planning tools and systems effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office and production control systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategies for input, loading, line setup, and projection planning to optimize factory resources and meet customer delivery requirements and financial targets.
• Analyze forecasts and confirm factory commitments with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare production plans according to established parameters.
• Execute work order reservations using planning systems.
• Monitor planning tools daily and align production plans with delivery commitments.
• Track production plan execution with focus on critical product priorities.
• Prepare recovery plans for potential and missed deliveries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Generate KPI and delivery-status reports and provide analysis.
• Communicate with external counterparts on tactical delivery issues.
• Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives.
