Qualifications

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish production work schedules to meet delivery times.
• Initiate work orders and ensure products are produced to specifications.
• Lead the shift and direct staff to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure conformance to the schedule and safe work practices per company policy.
• Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy.
• Promote a customer-centric approach and adherence to customer expectations.
