Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling similar responsibilities in a manufacturing/planning environment.
• Good knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and forecasting processes.
• Able to quickly understand and effectively use planning tools and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and well organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of working with production control systems and standard office productivity tools (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for input, loading, line setup, and projection planning based on forecast and priorities.
• Analyze forecasts and confirm factory commitments with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare production plans per planning parameters.
• Execute work order reservations using planning systems.
• Monitor planning tools daily and coordinate with departments to align production plans and delivery commitments.
• Track production plan execution against input, loading, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare recovery plans for potential and missed deliveries with stakeholders.
• Generate KPI and performance reports and provide delivery status summaries.
