John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production activities from planning to execution, ensuring QCDSME. You will monitor KPIs and drive cross-functional teams toward section goals while promoting 5S and Kaizen.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, at least 12 years in Production and 3 years in a managerial role, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Production.
• Graduate of any Engineering course.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities from planning to execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cross-functional teams toward section goals.
• Promote 5S and Kaizen culture, and minimize operational losses.
• Create section annual plan and budget, strategically plans
• Future expansion and profit improvement.
