Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee all production activities from planning to execution, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will drive KPIs and lead cross-functional teams toward section goals, while promoting lean practices like 5S and Kaizen to minimize losses.

The role requires a background in engineering, plus a minimum of 12 years in production and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Production.
• Must know Manufacturing and Engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall production activities from planning to execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cross-functional teams to goals.
• Promote 5S and Kaizen culture and minimize losses.
• Create section annual plan and budget; plan for expansion and profit.
• Demonstrate passion for excellence, teamwork, and problem-solving.
