Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Jr. Supervisor or in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in production setup.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan production requirements including manpower, machines, materials, and methods to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise production team, maintaining good interpersonal relations and performance under pressure.
• Coordinate with maintenance and materials for smooth production flow and compliance.
