Agripacific Corporation in Tanza, Cavite is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, quality, and safety across the plant. You will direct all production activities, manage the Production and In-Line Maintenance teams, coordinate with Engineering and Warehouse, and implement the action plan to reduce scrap and downtime while meeting weekly targets.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years in FMCG

Competenze

• Licensed Electrical Engineer per job requirement.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, packaging, and safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversee production operations, achieving targets at minimal cost.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor manpower planning and line efficiency.
• Supervise in-line maintenance and preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Warehouse to ensure material readiness.
