Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 year’s experience in QA/audit databases.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in EQMS for document management.
• Ability to review, approve, and publish electronic records.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• GxP awareness and good documentation practices.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig, with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintains QA databases ensuring audits are entered from plans/notes.
• Follow up audit information through full lifecycle and CAPA closure.
• Support staff with complex queries about EDA usage.
• Participate in validation processes like UAT as needed.
• Review/track documentation in the Global QA auditing lifecycle.
• Manage contracted customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain systems to track audit plans and distribution of docs.
• Produce reports and trends from QA databases.
• Use metrics to optimize processes and systems.
• Provide training on QA database maintenance; stay current in QA/regulatory trends.
• Close audits/CAPAs in the eQMS and approve CAPA/EC plans.
• Categorize audit findings in the eQMS and report on QA activities.
