Job summary
SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to gather client requirements and translate them into clear User Stories with acceptance criteria. You will work with stakeholders to prioritize work, cascade requirements to internal teams, and lead project kickoffs to ensure successful delivery.
You will coordinate content data collection, UI/UX changes with the design team, and maintain documentation in the Knowledge Base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements for development/technical projects.
- Document User Requirements as User Stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize tasks with key stakeholders and cascade to internal teams.
- Coordinate with Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with client for content/data collection and design approvals.
- Communicate project progress regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
