Job summary

TymeX, the product, technology and data analytics hub of Tyme Group, seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the Shared Lending Platform. You will collaborate with Business, Design and Engineering to manage the full lifecycle from concept to launch and support across multiple markets.

You’ll drive platform design, API contracts, and decisioning workflows, shaping how risk, credit, and compliance requirements become engineering-ready specifications. Flexible hybrid work from home or office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management building platform capabilities
• Familiarity with credit and lending, IFRS9/ECL concepts
• Hands-on experience with real-time decisioning architectures and rule engines
• Strong platform/API design fluency for scalable surfaces
• Experience navigating multi-country, multi-product delivery and localization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and stakeholder mgmt

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Shared Lending Platform across markets.
• Decide what is shared vs. product-specific and defend boundaries.
• Set design principles: APIs, configuration, multi-tenancy, abstractions.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions with clear success criteria.
• Lead real-time credit decisioning features and integrations.
• Translate risk/credit/compliance requirements into platform specs.
• Manage cross-lending product dependencies and sequencing.
• Support IFRS9 reporting and data aggregation for regulators.
• Enable data-driven decisions and learning loops in origination to repayment.
• Collaborate with Credit Analytics and Risk teams for platform discussions.
