Job summary

GoTymeX is seeking a senior Product Manager with depth in service interactions to shape AI‑driven self‑service experiences across GoTyme Bank Philippines and TymeBank South Africa. You will own the product roadmap and outcomes for multiple markets, partnering with design, engineering, and operations to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Bring at least 5 years in product ownership, strong stakeholder management, and experience with CRM or CCaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or product management.
• Experience in service interactions, customer service, or contact centre domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multi-market groups.
• Hands-on experience with AI-centric service platforms and CCaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the group's Service Interactions backlog across markets with clear rationale.
• Lead sprint ceremonies with engineering, BA, and design teams.
• Define and iterate the product roadmap aligned to group OKRs.
• Track OKRs, CSAT, adoption, and cost to serve for ongoing improvements.
