Job summary

Techbridge is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the web trading application end-to-end, from vision and roadmap to detailed user stories and delivery with engineering. This is a hands-on product role, collaborating with B2B clients and traders to ensure the product meets market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management of trading products.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, market data visualisation and order-execution flows.
• Hands-on with real-time equities and futures data feeds (CME, NASDAQ, Binance or similar).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Based in Greece, or moving back to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle of the web trading platform, strategy through release.
• Turn market and customer insight into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Work day to day with engineering in an Agile process to ship quality releases.
• Analyse trader behaviour, competitor platforms and market trends.
• Own product KPIs and revenue impact, and present them to senior management.

A global trading technology company whose platforms are used by traders across equities, futures and crypto. Most trading software shows you what the market did. Theirs shows you what it's doing right now — real-time liquidity, order flow, the behaviour underneath the price — which is why the traders who use it tend to be the ones who care about the difference.

THE ROLE

You'll own the web trading application end to end: the vision, the roadmap, and the detail of what actually gets built. It's a hands-on product role — you'll be writing the requirements and the user stories yourself, sitting with engineering through delivery, and talking to B2B clients and traders often enough that you stop guessing what they need.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in product management of trading products — this one is not flexible
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, market data visualisation and order-execution flows
• Hands-on with real-time equities and futures data feeds (CME, NASDAQ, Binance or similar)
• Comfortable with web technology — frontend frameworks, APIs, cloud architecture
• You already use AI tools in your daily product work, not as an experiment
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Based in Greece, or moving back to Greece
