Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products with measurable impact.
• Portfolio showing strategic product thinking, strong interaction and visual design, and design system contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives across B2B and B2C from discovery through delivery.
• Own end-to-end product features, collaborating with PMs and engineers.
• Design exceptional user experiences with systems thinking, interaction and visual design.
• Audit and improve the design system, components, and documentation.
• Promote reusable patterns and scalable workflows across teams.
• Influence product direction through design rationale and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design team growth.
