Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Senior Product Designer based in Manila to drive strategic initiatives across B2B and B2C products and champion the evolution of our design system. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to deliver high-quality, measurable financial experiences.

You will lead end-to-end product initiatives, shape solutions from discovery through launch, and mentor team members to elevate design maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, interaction and visual design, and a design-system contribution.
• Experience leading end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery across B2B and B2C products.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex features from problem framing to launch.
• Design experiences using systems thinking, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and UX writing.
• Audit and improve the design system, components, and workflows for consistency.
• Promote reusable patterns and scalable design workflows across teams.
• Facilitate design discussions and align stakeholders around customer and business outcomes.
• Iterate based on product metrics, experiments, and user feedback.
