Job summary

YouTrip, the leading multi-currency payment platform in Asia Pacific, is seeking a Product Designer II to join our Manila team. You will own end-to-end feature design and help shape financial experiences across global markets.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Contribute to the design system and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products with market impact.
• Experience in fintech/travel/e-commerce SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio from problem framing to polished execution.
• Experience leading feature-level initiatives independently.
• Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
• Expert in creating production-ready designs and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of product features from discovery to delivery across B2B and B2C.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams balancing user, business, and technical needs.
• Drive feature delivery independently with prioritized timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Design polished user experiences using the full product design process.
• Validate problems and solutions, identify gaps, and iterate from insights.
• Communicate design rationale and write clear UX content to improve usability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system with reusable components and motion design.
• Support junior designers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
