Job summary

Med-Metrix in the Philippines is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, and purchase-order governance to meet budgets and policies.

You will develop the team, implement ERP/e-procurement improvements, and deliver measurable savings while ensuring compliance and strong supplier partnerships. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Legal to optimize spend and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement experience; 2+ years mentoring direct reports.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with budgets and objectives.
• Lead sourcing activities for goods/services, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Manage a competitive supplier base through market research and benchmarking.
• Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against requirements.
• Lead negotiations to achieve favorable terms and total cost of ownership.
• Drive cost savings and procurement optimization through strategic sourcing.
• Oversee procure-to-pay process and contract management with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls; support audits.
