Job summary

Med-Metrix in Metro Manila seeks an accomplished Manager of Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives. You will drive supplier negotiations, oversee procure-to-pay processes, and ensure contract compliance while collaborating with Finance, Operations, IT and Legal.

With 10+ years in procurement and strong leadership, you will shape strategic supplier partnerships and drive efficient procurement operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in procurement with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in cost optimization and supplier negotiations.
• Strong vendor management and sourcing expertise across categories.
• Experience leading procure-to-pay processes and contract compliance.
• Deep ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
• Oversee vendor management, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and savings tracking.
• Ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation across deals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT and Legal to meet strategic goals.
• Mentor procurement team and build supplier relationships.
