Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or procurement consulting.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and evaluation skills.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across multiple business functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across multiple spend categories.
• Develop category strategies, sourcing roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct supplier market research, financial analysis, commercial assessments, and benchmarking activities.
• Manage RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client leadership teams.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital procurement tools to improve sourcing efficiency and decision-making.
• Support business case development, due diligence, contract assessments, and procurement advisory engagements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and risk management standards.
• Mentor team members and share procurement best practices across the organization.
