Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across multiple spend categories.

• Conduct supplier market research, financial analysis, commercial assessments, and benchmarking activities.
• Manage RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client leadership teams.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital procurement tools to improve sourcing efficiency and decision-making.
• Support business case development, due diligence, contract assessments, and procurement advisory engagements.

About The Role

This role is responsible for leading sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving negotiations, and delivering business value for clients through strategic procurement solutions. Candidates may be considered at either the Specialist or Associate Manager level based on experience, procurement expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder management experience

Preferred

• Experience in Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience supporting global clients and supplier ecosystems.

• Knowledge of procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar solutions.
• AI literacy and experience applying AI tools within procurement workflows.
• Experience coaching or leading procurement teams.
