Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Procurement Practice Associate Manager to lead sourcing projects across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. This role emphasizes strategic category planning, supplier negotiations, and analytics in a dynamic, return-to-office setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of contracts/procurement experience and can drive AI-enabled procurement transformations while building strong client relationships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Contracts/Contracting (Procurement, Category Management or Global Sourcing preferred)
• Legal contracting experience considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and supplier research.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle: outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contracts.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts for negotiation strategy.
• Champion AI and digital tools in sourcing workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Create market intelligence and thought leadership to support client visibility.
• Provide client-facing business development support: due diligence and business cases.
• Mentor teams in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, and best practices.
• Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers across cultures.
• Drive procurement transformation and improvements in delivery models and ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
