Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks an onsite procurement professional to manage RFQ, cost data, supplier setup, and cost variances. You will analyze demand, pricing, and order quantities while supporting design activities and cost-reduction initiatives.

A STEM-based degree with 2+ years of experience is expected. Responsibilities include optimizing supplier relationships, ensuring rate readiness for production, and collaborating across value streams to meet cost, quality, and delivery

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Engineering/Other Technical Positions require STEM degree and 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQ and cost data for production and development Lavs within defined strategy.
• Set up suppliers including necessary approvals in compliance with company standards.
• Manage price books and track cost variances.
• Support standard cost-roll activities and data accuracy.
• Analyze demand and pricing to determine order quantities and batch size.
• Identify opportunities to reduce weight and cost with suppliers and program teams.
• Execute commodity strategy and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure suppliers are ready to support production and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
