Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager in the Philippines to lead strategic and tactical sourcing activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on ensuring material availability, optimizing supplier performance, and aligning with program milestones. You will drive ERP-focused processes, BOM/ECN review, and cost-saving initiatives while mentoring a procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing, with 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the procurement team within strategy to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage procurement activities for materials ranging from structural to highly cosmetic parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enable program milestone dates.
• Perform supply/demand analysis to determine internal effects on supply chain activities and supplier production.
• Review BOM releases, ECN, drawings, and related documents to trigger MRP/demand and supplier scheduling.
• Engage in cost-saving activities and liaise with strategic sourcing to advance enterprise-wide programs.
• Manage KPI like supplier quality, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and material spend.
• Conduct supplier visits and evaluations for production schedule enablement.
• Report to internal customers and attend customer meetings as required.
• Develop and implement business processes to improve supply chain systems and execution.
• Uphold high ethical standards in dealings and adhere to EH&S practices.
