Job summary

Trident Trust in the Philippines invites an operations executive to join its team, providing execution-focused support to the operations manager. The role covers improvement initiatives, reporting, governance, and project coordination across Trident Philippines, with close collaboration among internal stakeholders.

You will own assigned work, prioritize independently, and help ensure actions are completed with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience in operations, project coordination, process improvement, reporting and administration.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Accountable, solutions-oriented mindset, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support operational improvement and transformation initiatives led by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers and implementation trackers.
• Coordinate project activities and follow up on agreed actions with stakeholders.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows and process changes.
• Support implementation of approved process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage operational reports, dashboards and management information.
• Monitor operational metrics and action trackers.
• Assist with governance, risk management and business continuity initiatives.
