Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Lead to drive financial excellence across our Private Equity funds. You will supervise a team of fund accountants, ensure data integrity, and deliver institutional-grade reporting while implementing process improvements to optimize accounting ecosystems.

The role requires deep expertise in NAV reconciliations, capital calls, waterfalls, and advanced PE metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration (Private Equity focus).
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team-management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculation and production; reconcile cash, positions, and trial balance with external counterparties.
• Review income allocations, expenses, gains/losses; monitor paid-in capital, unfunded commitments, clawbacks.
• Lead end-to-end private equity lifecycles: capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, waterfalls, carried interest.
