Job summary

Thepridecircle is seeking a Senior Associate to handle private equity fund accounting tasks for PE and Hybrid funds, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, journal entries, and investor statements.

You will manage capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting while onboarding funds on Investran, Geneva, and eFront, driving SOPs and process improvements; 2–4 years PE experience required.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on Private Equity Fund Accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of PE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financials, journal entries, payments, and investor statements for PE and Hybrid funds.
• Calculate and issue capital calls and distributions to investors.
• Onboard funds on Investran, Geneva, and eFront.
• Generate investor reports including NAV, DVPI, TVPI, IRRs, and capital accounts.
• Establish SOPs and design operational check frameworks and implement process improvements.
• Perform cash flow reconciliations and manage daily, weekly, and quarterly client deliverables.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, journal entries, payment processing, and investor statements for PE and Hybrid funds.
• Calculate, review, and issue capital call and distribution notices to fund investors.
• Onboard and maintain PE/Hybrid funds on platforms such as Investran, Geneva, and eFront.
• Generate investor reports featuring NAV, DVPI, TVPI, IRRs, cost metrics, and capital accounts.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures, design operational check frameworks, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct cash flow reconciliations, maintain historical fund track records, and manage daily, weekly, and quarterly client deliverables.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of Investran, Geneva, eFront, or iLevel.
• Fundamentals of Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Co-Investments, and Fund of Funds.
• Direct client management experience, project planning capabilities, and written/verbal communication skills.

Qualification
