The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare or benefits environments, understands HIPAA requirements, and can effectively communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced startup setting.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• Proven experience with Tableau Cloud administration, publishing, security, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with DBT and ETL/data pipeline technologies.
• Strong background designing and implementing role-based access controls and permission-managed dashboards.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
• Experience integrating and modeling data from multiple sources.
• Ability to work with both mature, well-structured datasets and evolving data environments.

Industry Experience
