Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks an experienced BI professional to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports for business users. You will perform PoCs, create training modules, and ensure governance and SDLC compliance.

The role requires strong PowerBI, SQL, and data modeling skills, with experience in SSRS/SSIS/SSAS. Willingness to work in Makati or Ortigas is essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job.
• Years of experience in developing BI solutions preferably from a bank or financial institution.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack: PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and in using DAX, PowerQuery, and SQL
• Experience in Data Modeling and Data Model normalization, data integration, warehousing, ETL, and cloud data platforms.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Makati/Ortigas

Responsibilities

• Perform Proof of Concept on new BI Tools and analytic solutions.
• Create PowerBI Training modules needed to provide training to business users, junior members, and the rest of the organization on the use of visualization tools and other analytical approaches.
• Create technical documents such as solution design, program specifications, and other required documentation in the SDLC process.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards of the platform, security policies, and SDLC processes.
• Manage and ensure quality delivery of 3rd-party vendors where applicable.

• Data Analysis Skills: Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (i.e. PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), DAX, PowerQuery, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Model normalization, with knowledge in data integration, warehousing, ETL, and cloud data platforms.

• Analytical Skills: Strong data storytelling and visualization skills, problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary

• Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams.
