Job summary

Acclime is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to support a high-demand US-based client. You will own end-to-end BI development, data modeling, and business analysis, while engaging directly with stakeholders.

The role requires independent, senior-level expertise and a proactive, client-facing approach. Responsibilities include delivering BI components, documenting builds, mentoring junior developers, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of Power BI development experience.
• Excellent English communication; able to handle demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Translate ambiguous or high-level requirements into BI solutions.
• Experience presenting results to business teams (technical & non-technical).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI components and data sets using Power BI.
• Document how and why BI solutions were built.
• Provide KT to team members and share best BI practices.
• Present analytical results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define business value and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Mentor less experienced BI developers and promote data storytelling standards.
• Stay current with Power BI and related tools; collaborate across teams.
• Identify risks or issues and propose structured solutions.
• Communicate requirements and outcomes clearly to clients.
