Job summary

Acclime is seeking a Senior PowerBI and Tableau Developer to support a high-demand US-based client. You will own end-to-end BI development, data modeling, and client communications, delivering polished dashboards and insights.

You will work independently with a focus on accuracy, mentoring junior developers, and documenting builds; strong presentation skills and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on BI experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in both tools.
• End-to-end BI delivery from requirements to deployment and presentation.
• Experience administering and publishing content via Power BI Service.
• Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and quality.
• Calm under pressure; able to handle challenging conversations.
• Mentoring and guiding other developers.

Responsibilities

• Present analytical results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document what was built, how it was built, and why.
• Perform knowledge transfer (KT) to other team members.
• Use project templates, tools, and standards when developing data sets or BI components.
• Manage and refine Business Requirements.
• Discover and validate business rules using available data.
• Prepare prototypes and visualization concepts in BI tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Discuss business use cases with business users independently.
• Create and demonstrate solution prototypes, mockups, or full demos.
