Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking a Senior SAP Power Platform Developer / Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to translate complex business needs into secure, maintainable architectures, with emphasis on SAP integrations where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in BI, application development, data solutions, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience designing technical architectures and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience in technical leadership, project delivery, developer mentoring, or solution architecture.
• Knowledge of application integration, data management, security, and deployment across development and production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures aligned with business requirements and organizational standards.
• Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance, and optimize solution performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and recommend process improvements.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and data sources, including SAP where applicable.
• Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and promote development best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer, user training, and solution adoption.
