Job summary

EY GDS seeks an accomplished Power Platform lead in Cebu City to guide the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to automate processes and drive efficiency.

A seasoned leader will mentor developers and analysts to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery within a professional services setting. The role requires strong SQL, O365 expertise, and experience delivering governance, security, and adoption initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 10–14 years of experience preferred, ideally in a professional services firm.
• At least 5 years in a lead role managing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise with Power Platform stack and O365.
• Solid SQL skills and data integration experience.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of applications using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
• Mentor and manage developers and analysts to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform development.

About the role

As part of the GDS Consulting team, you will be part of the No Code Low Code team. You will be working on latest Microsoft Power Platform technologies and will collaborate with other teams within Consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps Portal & O365
• Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
• Good at SQL Schema Design, Database Schema Design, Stored procedures, function and T-SQL
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes
• Manage a team of developers and analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Establish best practices for Power Platform development, including governance, security, and compliance
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption of Power Platform solutions
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Power Platform applications and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and evaluate their potential impact on the organization

About you

• A bachelor's or master's degree
• A minimum of 10-14 years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm
• At least 5 years of lead role experience
• Able to manage Senior stakeholders
• Experience in leading teams to execute high quality deliverables within stipulated timeline
• Skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent & UI Flow
• Strong SQL experience, Skills on O365 /Dynamics 365
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
• Demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
